Refunds & Returns

As with most adult items, for obvious reasons, returns can ONLY be accepted for unopened items. If an item is opened and deemed defective, simply provide proof of the defective item via photo or video and we will replace your product. Customers have three days to notify 2Finger after the delivery date of a defective product. Products MUST be returned to the return center. Packages marked as refused will not be returned to our facility and WILL NOT be refunded. Unopened unused items should be returned to the Return Center Box 2132 Crystal River, Fl 34423.
